Recipes are provided and sample tastings of dishes demonstrated together with a complimentary glass of wine.

MONDAY 8th September: Welcome back to Philippe Mouchel, head chef of The Brasserie, at Crown, as he demonstrates The Flavors of Normandy. A protégé of Paul Bocuse, few can match the formidable culinary skills of this renowned Frenchman who previously opened Paul Bocuse restaurants in Melbourne and other international cities. Philippe has firmly established The Brasserie as the place to go to experience unforgettable French provincial food. This is a class you won’t want to miss! Cost: $95.00.
MONDAY 13th October: Those who love the fresh, rich flavours of Italian cooking are in for a treat when head chef Daniel Schelbert showcases Tastes of Cecconi’s Cantina. Excecutive chef and business partner Olimpia Bortolotto, who hails from the Veneto region of Italy, has long been at the heart of Italian cooking in Melbourne. Come and try some of the traditional dishes she and Daniel have devised for Cecconi’s Cantina. Cost: $95.00.
MONDAY 27th October: Allan Koh, Chef de Cuisine, from the acclaimed Koko Restaurant at Crown, returns to our program by popular request to present The Best of Koko. Koko is famous for its exquisitely presented Japanese cuisine, inspired by traditional Japanese culture. Allan Koh has played an integral role in the development of modern Japanese cuisine in Australia both at Koko, and previously at Chinois, BCoz and Waterfront Seafood Restaurant. Cost: $95.00.
MONDAY 10th November: By popular request Frank Camorra, chef & co-proprietor of the acclaimed MoVida ‘bar de tapas y vino’, returns to demonstrate The Food of Southern Spain, Jerez & Co. Frank spent his early years in his parents’ hometown of Córdoba in Andalusia, and his modern approach to Spanish cooking celebrates the fun and exuberance of the Spanish character. Book early to secure your place in this class. Cost: $95.00.
