VTAC APPLICATIONS and OFFERS
ADVICE re VTAC CHOICES and CHANGE OF PREFERENCE
Dr Smith, Ms Hopkins and Mr Murphy will be available for consultation from 8.00am Friday 16 December through to 12.00pm Wednesday 21 December. Appointments should be made by phone ASAP after receiving results.
OBTAINING ATAR SCORES and VCE RESULTS
Students will be able to obtain their ATAR from 7.00am Friday 16 December via the 2011 VCE Results and ATAR Service.
This can be done by telephone, SMS or internet.
Page 25 in the VTAC Guide explains fully how to access results. Please read it carefully or go to vtac.edu.au.
We strongly recommend that students access their ATAR on
16 December. This will then give them time to consider their results and make a decision as to whether advice or information is needed from the school or from tertiary institutions.
Early closing dates for certain courses that you may wish to add to your preferences may be missed if results are not accessed quickly and institutions contacted.
ADVICE re GRADES and VCAA ISSUES
Head of Upper School Mr Rob McLaren or VCE Administrator Mr John Evans should be contacted if you have any questions about grades or VCAA issues.
Course and Careers Services is not able to assist with any of these matters.
CHANGE OF PREFERENCE
To change your preferences access www.vtac.edu.au and go to MyInfo before 5pm on 21 December.

TERTIARY OFFERS
- Available via VTAC website from 16 January. You will then receive formal notification by mail with instructions on how to accept/reject/defer
- Enrolment period – last weeks of January. Online enrolment may be possible.
- Always accept your Round 1 offer – you may not receive a Round 2 or 3 offer
