While OSMaD is a non-professional production company we can make these guarantees the performances will be of an astounding quality, the show will be visually spectacular, musically wonderful and vocally superb. We have a strong and experienced production team, a theatre which is second to none, and a talented cast.
The legend of Sweeney Todd, the demon barber of Fleet Street, is a musical thriller which goes back more than 200 years. It has been adapted in several different forms, including a play by Christopher Bond in the 1970s. It was from this play that the musical version evolved.  A film adaptation of the story was made in 2007 starring Johnny Depp.
