Scotch to select our Aussie rules team of the 20th century

In a joint venture with Melbourne Grammar School – as part of Melbourne Grammar’s 150th anniversary celebrations in 2008 – Scotch is selecting its Australian rules football team of the twentieth century.

Melbourne Grammar is also selecting its team of the century, and the final step will be the selection of a combined Scotch–Grammar team.

The initial selection process will include consideration of every Scotch boy who played at least one game in the School 1st XVIII during the twentieth century. Decade selectors will then choose 10 decade teams, which means that at least 200 names will be on the table when the final 20 is selected.
