Old Scotch bowlers’ performances rewarded

WORDS: MR KEITH WEYMOUTH (’44)

The Old Scotch Bowls Club presents two major awards to its members each year, and this year John Tallent (‘52) received the Oxley Jones Trophy for the most outstanding performance in all our games.

Ian McMurtrie (‘58) received the Keith McKinley Wilson Trophy for the most improved player during the year.

We welcome enquiries for Bowls Club membership from all Scotch Family and Old Boy bowlers who would enjoy the outstanding fellowship of the club, and the opportunity to participate in our extensive schedule of around 15 games each season.
