The Old Scotch Bushwalking Club's most recent weekend of walks was at the Tarra Bulga National Park, where about 30 members and guests stayed at the park guest house for three nights. They enjoyed two long walks over the weekend, including a 26km forest walk on the Sunday.
Despite the unkind weather - rain, mist, fog and thunderstorms - and the unwelcome company of leeches, the group's enthusiasm and camaraderie never faltered. They even made fun of the leech bites, and some proudly carried the scars for weeks!

Ian Marchment did a wonderful job, carefully organising a very happy and enjoyable weekend. The guesthouse was great, and the service, accommodation and food excellent. David Ashton
