Scotch College is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church of  Victoria and support of the School’s Christian heritage and co-curriculum is an expectation of all staff.

Accredited as a Safe School by the Australian Childhood Foundation, Scotch College is fully committed to the protection of children and young people. All employees are required to go through a thorough reference and qualifications checking process prior to any appointment. Completion of regular Safeguarding and other related training is mandatory for continued employment.
