| With experience in modern French cuisine developed in London,
Daniel Southern first established a name for himself locally at the now
defunct Est Est Est and Ondine. Following stints at L’Oustal French bistro,
and more recently as Head Chef at Bistro Guillaume at Crown, Daniel has
recently taken up a position of executive Chef at Comme and it is a
pleasure to welcome him back to the Top Chefs Program. This is sure to

Since opening in December 2008, this fresh Modern Greek Taverna has
been packing them in to rave reviews. Hellenic Republic is the place to
experience traditional Greek Taverna cuisine with a ‘George Calombaris’
