Rationale
Physical Education is an essential part of the total education process. Through sporting and physical activities it provides the opportunity for continuous development of each student’s physical, mental, social and emotional
capabilities. It is aimed to stimulate an awareness of one’s own physical fitness and simultaneously develop an
interest and appreciation of sport and physical activity.
Student Outcomes

teach the basic skills, rules, strategies and tactics of a wide variety of sports
