The 1st XVIII (Seniors)

The Old Scotch Football Club senior team has made the A section finals by winning 12 games and losing 6 in the home and away season. A strong start to the year set up finals action.

The club has had a very positive year to date with over 40 players experiencing A Section senior football. The reserves are two games clear on top of the ladder and are assured of a top two finish, which guarantees a double chance in the finals. The third XVIII won its first semi-final against De La Salle in the Club XVIII competition, but was soundly defeated by Old Xavier in the preliminary final.

The Cardinals finished the season strongly, winning two of their last three matches in Club XVIII Section 3.
