The Old Scotch Golf Day was held on Friday at Victoria Golf Club in fine conditions. Mac Hay won the individual Par, finishing +4. Ray Leggo and Bill McDonald were runners up finishing +3 respectively. Ray and Bill both won the ‘Fifty Years on’ trophy! Kristian Wheat had a wonderful day on the course winning the individual scratch and the under 25s trophy. Mark Latimer and Mac Hay combined to win the Four Ball Best Ball with +8.

Sincere thanks are extended to Leigh Dawborn who again organised a most enjoyable day. The green keeping team at Victoria Golf Club also deserve special mention!

Next year we plan to combine our golf day with the Old Wesley Collegians’ Association at Victoria Golf Club on

Friday 16 May. Each Association will play for their own trophies as well as competing against each other in an overall sense. Make sure you represent Old Scotch in what promises to be a big day! GS
