Were you in the Scotch College Military Band?

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Scotch Military Band. Celebrations are planned for later this year, most notably a dinner in August.

Records for some of the earlier years of the Military Band are incomplete – in particular, lists of past band members. As the Cadet Auxiliary is compiling a brief history of the band, it would like to hear from all former members. David Crawford is V-P of MCC

The Melbourne Cricket Club committee has elected David Crawford (’61) to the role of vice-president, following the recent retirement of the Hon Allan McDonald.

Among many roles in public life, David is Chairman of the Scotch College Council.

Also on the MCC committee are former Scotch parent Stephen Spargo and Old Boy Matt Fowles (’98).
