Simon Footit ('81) has been in Singapore for 3 months now and is the Manager, Australian Institutional Sales for Jardine Fleming. EP Wong ('65) who is a regular visitor to Australia, is still running an extremely busy medical practice. Richard Brown ('75) has two sons enrolled at the School. Andrew Frean ('67) is also a "future parent".

Holding the fort in Bangkok are Trevor Lemke ('56) and former School Captain Glen Currie ('84). Trevor is a commercial freelance photographer and Glen has been with Caterpillar for over eight years now.

Hong Kong is a great stronghold for Old Boys. Those present at the Scotch Family Dinner were David Long ('88) working in the financial field, Robert Bruce ('88) and Chris Hoelter ('85), stalwart of the Hong Kong Branch, Rep Philip Hilliard ('67) with Coopers and Lybrand.

Alan Church ('69) continues with his engineering, James Taylor ('74) is a medico, as is Patrick Chan ('83). Fergus Kiel ('75) was in town on business and stayed to attend the dinner, as a rep of the Old Boys' Council.

Brett Wilson ('79) was able to roster time off from flying Cathay planes to and from Australia. David Mitchell ('74) was another regular to attend. Steve Shanasy ('65) was unable to be there - he was another busy engineer in Hong Kong. Rohan Bacon ('74) is very active in the field of software development and stock market trading systems.

Those present at the dinner were entertained by a wonderful recital from school boy violinist, Alan Wang Yu, pictured above right, accompanied by his brother Otis on the piano. Alan and Otis were loudly applauded at the completion of their recital.
