Welcome to Scotch Swimming 2010. Ryan Nolan is Head Swimming Coach and is assisted by specialist coaches, Mr Greg McMahon, Matt Wallace-Smith (OSCA) and 2009 captain Jacob Clark.

Training sessions in 2010.
Training for U14, U15, 16, U17, Open begins onan as of Friday the 29th January 20102009.
Pool sessions
This will be followed by a light breakfast (please bring your own plastic bowl and spoon).
All serious swimmers must swim at least 3 sessions.
Training for U.13's and some U 14's begins Tuesday 2nd February.
Session Times: Tuesday/ Thursday afternoons from 3.30pm until 4.45pm
You must let Dr Jackowski know if you train outside of Scotch- please let me know your club.
The importance of the team having members in outside squads cannot be overestimated. I would encourage as many of you as possible to consider joining a squad to help us in our quest to achieve an APS Premiership in 2010.

Session Times: Tuesday afternoon 3.30 pm until 4.45pm
Wednesday morning 6.00 am sharp until 7.45 am
Friday morning 6.00 am sharp until 7.45 am
If you already dive in a squad, we would prefer that you maintain this regime rather than come to Scotch training.
Recruiting
Do you know any good swimmers who are rowing (for instance) or doing other sports that they are not so happy about? Have a word to them, tell them how much fun swimming is and let me know, I will have a word with them as well. We need as much extra strength as possible in 2010

Uniform
There is a specific swim uniform and Scotch bathers.
Students intending to swim in APS competitions each Saturday must have correct uniform.
