Anzac Day 2019

Members of the Pipe and Military Bands took part in the ANZAC day parade to the Shrine, through central Melbourne. Boys from the cadet unit also marched, helping veterans with banners.

At the ANZAC day school assembly in the Memorial Hall, Mr Ian Sutherland AO, the guest of honour, read the "Ode to the Fallen" before the Last Post and Reveille. A focus in the assembly was "Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends". The stories of three Old Scotch Collegians who served in the Airforce and died in the Second World War, were remembered.
