Aquatic sporting competitions
At the Victorian Surf Lifesaving Championships held at Warrnambool a Year 11 boy won a gold medal for the tube swim and was a member of U17 swim team, while another Year 11 boy won gold in lifesaver relay, tube rescue and mens’ belt race. A Year 8 boy won gold in U14 swim team and cameron relay race.
At the Victorian Metro Swimming Championships at MSAC a Year 9 boy placed 1st in both the 800m freestyle and 400m individual medley.
At the Tasmanian Swimming Championship in Hobart a Year 10 boy qualified for the Australian Age Group Championships which will be held in April.
At the Hong Kong National Age Group Short Course Swimming Championships a Year 9 boy placed 1st in 100m, 200m and 400m individual medleys.
