Fundraising for Partners in Health

Form group 8KC chose to raise money for Partners in Health, Sierra Leone. Following weekly training sessions, eleven boys ran 10km, sixteen ran 5km and the form teacher, Ms Cameron, ran a half-marathon. The boys were keen to help people who were in quite different circumstances from themselves, and through videos they were able to see, chat to and learn about the community in Sierra Leone. In total the boys raised in excess of $10,000.
