Hikers raise money for Indigenous Students

This year's 24 Hour Hike was held in the state forest near Woodend. 118 boys and 2 staff hiked an average distance of 61.1km, raising money for charity. To support the hikers there were 22 boys and 13 staff. 

Two boys in Year 9 hiked 80.2km and two boys (one in Year 10 and one in Year 11) reached 112.1km.

All hikers were sponsored and it expected that about $30,000 has been pledged and will be forwarded to the Indigenous Scholarship Program.
